  • What is Race for Rewards?
    It is a loyalty program designed to reward Customers for dining at Waffle House by providing a chance to earn points that can be redeemed for great Waffle House and Smithfield branded prizes.
  • How do I enroll?
    To play, download the Race for Rewards app to your iPhone or Android smartphone. The app is available at or through either Google Play or the App Store.
  • Do I need an iPhone or Android smartphone in order to participate in Race for Rewards?
    The only way to play Race for Rewards is through the app downloaded to your Android smartphone or iPhone (IOS 9 or higher).
  • Is there a limit to the amount of points I can earn?
    There is no limit to the number of points earned. Customers are limited to the number of guest checks that can be scanned in a 24 hour period. The maximum number is 3 guest checks. To keep the program fair for everyone, you can only acquire points from guest check/purchases that you paid for yourself.
  • I didn’t receive all of my points for my recent Waffle House purchase. How can I get the missing points?

  • Can I change my weekly top 5 driver choices after I save them?
    You can change your driver picks as often as you like during the week, up until the day before race day.
  • What is the cutoff time for making top 5 driver picks?
    Your picks are "locked" at midnight the day before race day, and you'll be able to make new picks the day after the last race.
  • One or more of my driver picks finished in the top 5. When will my points credit to my account?
    Race results are tabulated and points are awarded the day after the race. (usually Monday mornings)
  • The item I wanted to redeem points for is no longer available, when will it be back in stock?
    Merchandise is limited in quantity; therefore it may not become available again once out of stock. If you see something you want and have the points, it is best to order it as soon as possible.
  • I redeemed my points and placed an order for an item, when will I receive it?
    Your order will be reviewed and fulfilled within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email once your order has shipped and you'll be able to track your package using Fedex's tracking system.
  • Where can I check the status of my order?
    If you don't receive an email confirming your order, please send an email to and we'll be happy to check the status of your order.
  • Do Race for Rewards points ever expire?
    Points expire as of February 28, 2018.
  • Can more than one person earn points from the same guest check?
    No, only one person can earn points from a guest check. If multiple Race for Rewards Customers are dining together, each should request their own guest check in order to ensure proper point allocation.
  • How do I enter for a chance to win the 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium?
    There are two ways to enter:

    (i) Waffle House Race For Rewards App: Enter by downloading the Waffle House Race For Rewards App from the Apple App Store or Google play. Once App is downloaded, click image of Mustang and then click Registration button and submit your name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Standard data and other wireless or internet access service charges may apply for app download and usage according to the user’s particular wireless/internet carrier plan.

    (ii) No Purchase Required On-Line Entry: To enter without making a purchase, visit during the Sweepstakes Period and submit your name, address, telephone number, and email address. You will receive one (1) entry for each online submission up to the maximum number of entries allowed per person.

  • How is the winner of the 2017 Ford Mustang GT Premium determined?
    A winner will be selected randomly from all the eligible entries during the Sweepstakes period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 4, 2017.
    Waffle House reserves the right to close a user's account at their discretion, should it be determined that there is evidence of suspicious activity on the account. Points accumulated in relation to a closed account will be forfeited, and cannot be transferred to a new account.
